Stitching
Stitching is the main function of ready-made manufacturing industry. We have best quality stitching machine and highly experienced working team. We measure stitching quality by stitch size, stitch length, width, depth, tension, sequence, elongation, elasticity, resilience, fabric distortion, yarn severance, abrasive strength. More than 70 types of stitches are using in our associates ready–made garments manufacturing with skilled personnel whereas 18 to 20 types of stitches are mostly used.
Washing
Our core strength is Washing Process that gives that unique look to the garments. Our Washing Plant is fully equipped for all type of denim and soft washes, giving our Productions a big value added input that makes our products great value for money with outstanding quality.
Dry Process
Dry process is as much an art as it is a technique to create the distinct character of jeans based on a customer’s individuality

Our Wet process also well equipped with highly experienced technicians and wet process experts who are relentlessly working on offer innovations, new finishes and solutions for our customer.
